I purchased a custom mug on December 10th as Christmas gift. I got an order confirmation, and awaited tracking information.

Went on the site to check the order only to find out it was canceled because it was flagged as fraud. I reached out to customer service, and I was told that I needed to use another credit card because for some reason their system flagged the previous one. So I purchased again on the 14th with another card. That order was canceled too!

They do not notify you if they cancel your order. They just leave you hanging. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if my credit card information has just been stolen. Customer service did nothing to try and rectify the situation, and I will not be submitting another credit card number to them.

It smells fishy! If GearBubble wants to make it right and get the mug delivered before Christmas, I'll revise my review.
