Hi guy's Adam Schneider from Rachel Rofe's team sorted me out. Brandon your account rep who responded needs to be brought up to date. After being frustrated to a high lvl it was revealed to me that gear bubble does not work at all with Safari on iOS system and apparently there were a number of other reps from your bubble who actually knew this but Brandon was like oh it's a glitch just reloaded you know so please notify Brandon that I have figured it remove Safari disable it from my iPad and works everything worseverything informatinformation

Business Complaint/ Unauthorized Purchase

inspire.gifts@***.com I canceled my account last month and you recently charged my card on 10/14/2021 for $25.00 dollars. This is my second complaint about Gearbubble stealing money off my card. This company has charged my card $52.00 dollars altogether for absolutely nothing and I want every dime back on my card. I received a necklace that i didn't order

First of all I didn't order the necklace. They charged my account. I tried calling them and that number is no longer in service. The writing on the heart shape necklace is so small I had to use a magnifying glass to read it.

Hello people please never ever fall for this Company Gear Bubble is a TOTAL RIP OFF , i have gotten a response from someone named Brendon saying they do not refund people should go on subscribing and paying the platform fees even though they are in financial difficulty or if they choose to not continue .These people should be held accountable for the RIP OFF THEY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH IT , THE WORST THING IS TO FEEL TRAPPED LIKE YOU ARE IN A FORCED RELATIONSHIP.I am really PISSED THIS IS PATHETIC>PISSED BONNIE

I Have signed up for this course less than 2 weeks ago i feel scammed as there is no value all being taught is information that is readily available on face book, and i have requested for full refund and nothing is coming by . The course is overpriced and charges $2000 plus $97monthly plus $297 every 6 months .I want all my money back as i am still within the period of requesting a full refund. This course is worth maybe $300 to $400 in total and its a lot better to go on Shopify platform and Amazon than this platform .So i just need all my money back Don

I ordered a t-shirt and paid for it. Tracking it, it showed that it was in transit and should of arrived April 23rd. But the problem is I haven't received it and trying to call them is impossible. Then you get a recording stated that they don't receive calls anymore. What kind of customer service is that.

I ordered a mug for my daughter's November 9th birthday it came in the mail yesterday but it was broken into several pieces I tried to send a message to the company since you cannot talk to anyone and all I got was a site where I could pay to talk to someone I do not want to pay to talk to somebody about what is going on I have a broken mug and I need it replaced ASAP that's my only problem.
